State-level career guidance centre to be opened
Bhopal.
Employment exchanges in the state are being upgraded to placement centres under public-private partnership to provide salaried employment to youths. Online job portal will be maintained in the centres where youths can get themselves registered. They will also obtain employment opportunities available in the private sector. Besides, private employers can also give information about vacancies in the organisations through the web portal and appoint applicants directly through their database.
These placement centres will play the role of matchmaking between youths and industries. Through private partnership, the employment exchanges will provide necessary manpower to local level medium industries. Due to this, youths will obtain maximum jobs in local industries and in turn, the local industries will also get employees as per requirement.
A state-level call centre will also be set up, which will give career guidance to state’s youths. Besides, it will also provide complete information about employment opportunities. Employment fairs will also be held under PPP mode to provide maximum jobs to youths in private sector.
